- Employees and/or relatives of Visionary Related Entertainment, LLC and their advertisers and/or agents are ineligible to participate.
- Interpretations of contest rules by Visionary Related Entertainment LLC stations shall be FINAL! Prize-winning rules are subject to change WITHOUT NOTICE at the sole interpretation and discretion of Visionary Related Entertainment, LLC.
- It is the prizewinner's sole responsibility to be aware of company policies and prize-winning rules. No purchase necessary to enter.
- All prizes must be claimed within fourteen (14) days of the date on the winner sheet. There will be NO prize pick-up reminder calls.
- Winner must provide a current picture ID and be able to verify their social security number upon claiming his/her prize.
- A third party may pick up prize, however party must present identification (i.e. valid drivers license) of original winner. NO PHOTOCOPIES.
- Winner must sign a prize release form to claim prize.
- Winner must be 18 years or older UNLESS specified other wise.
- Only one (1) winner per household per 30 days.
- Winner must be a resident of Hawaii.
- Winners are NOT eligible to participate in other Visionary Related Entertainment LLC for a period of two weeks (14) days from the day you win your prize if the prize is worth more than $25.00 in total value.
- A prizewinner MAY NOT call in and win for another person.
- Prizes are non-transferable and no substitutions will be made. Failure to claim prize within allotted time is loss by omission. Winner cannot claim the prize after 14 days.
- Prize must be claimed during regular business hours, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm, Monday thru Friday, unless specified otherwise. Prize pick-up is closed on all national holidays, King Kamehameha Day, and
weekends.
- Prizes or any accumulation of prizes within one (1) year equaling $600 or more will be reported by Visionary Related Entertainment to the Internal Revenue Service as required by law.
- Visionary Related Entertainment LLC and their sponsors shall not be held responsible for circumstances beyond the control of these entities such as the failure to perform or cancellation of these services by the actual provider of goods and/or services which entail the prize itself.
- Once a prize is released it becomes the sole responsibility of the winner and will not be replaced if lost or stolen.
